Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
When selecting the "Bank Transfer" payment method, we ask you to transfer the invoice amount in advance. After receipt of your payment (1-2 days), digital products will be delivered within 24 hours.

Purchase on Invoice
Our "Purchase on Invoice" payment option offers you convenient processing of your purchase. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to settle the invoice amount.
Important Note on Invoice Payment
Please note that this option is subject to manual verification. This can take up to 12 hours. This payment option is exclusively available for business customers, authorities, associations and organizations.

Digital Products
Digital products such as software licenses, product keys and downloads are provided immediately after payment receipt via email or through our customer portal (softwarebay.de/portal) or in the customer account under "Product Codes & Licenses".
- Delivery time: Within 24 hours after payment confirmation
- Shipping costs: All digital deliveries are free
- Delivery delay: In case of delays, delivery will be made within 24 hours at the latest
Physical Products
If you order physical products (e.g. retail versions, boxed versions), the following shipping conditions apply:
- Shipping service: DHL, UPS, Hermes or DPD (depending on availability and destination country)
- Delivery areas: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries
- Delivery time: 2-5 working days within Germany, 5-10 working days internationally
- Shipping costs: Displayed during the ordering process
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
