softwarebay.de sells exclusively digital products – primarily software licences, product keys, activation codes, and digital download entitlements. Products may be new (unused product keys) or used (keys that may be legally resold). The condition of each product is stated on the respective product page.
Digital Delivery
Type of delivery: All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped by post, parcel service, or freight carrier.
Delivery time: Products are usually made available within 0 to 1 business day after successful payment confirmation – for all countries worldwide. In individual cases where manual review is required, delivery may be delayed.
Delivery channels: Via e-mail to the address provided during ordering, in your customer account, or via the guest portal using your order number and e-mail address.
Shipping costs: Digital delivery is entirely free of charge.
Prices & Currency
All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT where applicable. Business customers with a valid VAT ID are subject to the reverse-charge mechanism; prices are then displayed net (excl. VAT).
